About her content she is a great Bloger. I could see that at times she might not write a lot but she like to blog on her site as much as she can. On her posts I don’t know if there is something wrong comet on or if she is not getting hit but, I don’t see any one commenting her post. The thing that got on my last nerve was the pop up.
My favorite thing was her navigation and the search bar I think it was cute and original. In my personal opinion I think you should remove the pop up so people could navigate throw your site more easily.

The two tutorials you have can be found on a lot of sites - go for some originality! Your visitors will be happier with more unique things, almost exclusive to just your site. It'll definitely get you more hits and referrals.
I like how in your articles section you wrote a little snippet about what the articles were about. It encourages more people to read them and interests them.
In the 'About' section, I was thinking I was going to read about Egolicious... guess not. It's not very in-depth about you though. Try writing it out in paragraphs, not lists.
You have a nice site, but it could use a little cleaning. Good luck!

The about section has a lot of info. and the articles are fun. More +'s for a personal site in my opinion. ^__^ You only have 2 tutorials, and not saying they're bad but they're pretty easy and I've seen these all over tutorial websites. So it seems a little worthless unless you had more tutorials or tutorials on uncommon things.
For your contact page, I would provide my email or something in case the form doesn't work or if the person receives no reply.
Besides that, I think you have a nice little site here~ So I will give you a 4/5 :)

I'm Giving this site 4 1/2 Because...
First impressions / Layout:
I love the simplicity of the layout and the way its so easy to find your way around, the colors are fabulous pink, black, white and Grey go very well together and the way the text is so its not to hard on your eyes.
the header is nice and simple but could of gone with a little more creativity.
The domain is short, simple and catchy witch is perfect.Content
A bit disappointing =/ a few tutorials and no resources that i can see =/ some people that surf the net mostly look for resources to help with there graphic designing witch normally persuades your visitors to come back and in the end help your site get many views, it does not have to to be much but some always helps.
On A good note i love all your CSS coding it goes perfectly with your layout,Overall:
Your site has a lot of potential. You just need to work on your content and try and be creative with your header, Other than that your site should be well on it's way to be coming a popular and decent one.Using Firefox on Windows | Report This?

A predominantly black site can be great(even if paired with pink) if you use other colors or shades to help lighten the mood a bit(ie. pinkisthenewblog). Change the gray bordering the site to a lighter gray or light pink(since you've already got the pink thing going). Add some photos(not dark ones) to your posts to help lighten the site. Every little bit will help. You seem to have some serious participation on it so far....good job! I'd like to see where you go with this blog and will probably follow it's progress(I'm a blog junkie). The previous reviews have really covered any and everything concerning this site, so I guess I'll end my review here. I doubt if mine helped, but I figured I'd give my 2 cents.

On the criticism side:
I must agree with "Roxy" that the gray text on a dark background is a bit difficult to read. Also, you could consider condensing or re-arranging the navigation bar for greater effect. Maybe it is the font paired with the pink color, but something about this area does not jive for me.
I think that the feedback from the previous reviewers is pretty right on, no need to expand upon it except for the fact that I think you may be able to liven up the site with complimentary colors for the various sections. Maybe a teal/aqua rollover for drop down sections, I don't know, something to give it a little more LIFE.
Keep on working, this is a very nice design, especially considering your young age. Best of luck!

While I love the simplicity and overall design/layout of your website, I'm not a fan of the stark black background. Sometimes you can get it and sometimes you can't, sadly this time you didn't hit the mark and the text is very hard to read against the black BG. Taking a second look, I'm not entirely sure that is pure black? If not, then it would be wise to use a lighter color. With that said, I feel you could work it better with the color scheme you have going, which is well chosen!
Taking a quick tour through your top navigation, it looks like you could combine some of the links and also re-word one of them to better suit the page's contents.
Everything and anything on your website is considered as "content", so to have a page named that way is a little silly sounding. I notice for now you only have articles within that page, why not just call it Reads or Writing?
As for the About page, you could switch it's location and add the link after the blog link. After all, your website is a 'personal blog' first and then offers articles and tutorials, right? I'm still a little iffy about just adding the "about site" to the domain page, but can see where you are going with it, so that's all I have to say about that.
In your side bar, I feel you could rearrange it a bit more to a level of importance and relation to your website. For example, you can put it in this order:
Popular Pages
Tweets
Top Affiliates
Recently Posted
Recent Comments
Blog ArchiveIt gives it a better flow and direction to where you want your visitors to go. Having your affiliates links at the top of the list makes it seem like you want them to venture off of your page and onto theirs...see where that could be a huge no-no?
Scrolling down to your footer, I notice you have an advertisement section here. While that's all fine and dandy, do the images need to be that large? Also a header or small text describing what that section is about would help those new to your website. For a minute there, I thought it might have been some work you had done and were posting it as a portfolio preview. ;)
Content/Pages
Content: Since you only have those two articles for now, it would be nice to add a small description/summary to each article. Gives a little tease to what is being said inside the page and also fills the page up a bit.
Tutorials: Not much to say about this page. Can't wait to see more and remember to be original and correct when writing new tutorials!
About: Organized, clean, and to the point! Although, it would be nice to see even more copy about yourself!
Contact: It might help to add a CAPTCHA to that form, so you're not bombarded with spam mail!
Domain: Nicely organized and in alphabetical order!
Overall: I thought your website was very clean and organized. Not overly done and fit well with the category it is in. With a few minor tweaks here and there, I'm sure your website will be at it's best. =)

Ooh...very harsh. Yeah, there's a whole lot of black, but there's too much black. I prefer darker layouts, but this was just "whoosh!" Strangely, it works though. Everything works; even the serif font. That's a rarity.
I enjoy simple layouts, so I like this one. What are those links on the bottom for? Well, the images that are linked to other sites.
Blog and Sidebar
Very rarely do serif fonts work as a main font, but it does work here. Great job on that. The line height is great. You need more padding on the left and the bottom of the entries, but otherwise, it's fine.
Your sidebar is neat and...short. That's a good thing.
The other pages
Content: Your whole site is content. This should be "visitor", or "goodies" or something along those lines. When I clicked on this I saw "articles", and the typical titles of what would be reads found all over MySpace. But I liked the first one, and the second was more a copy/paste. I like articles which were written by the person themselves. If you didn't write either one, then you should come out with more stuff written by you.
I was expecting some graphics here too. I guess you're still working on that.
Tutorials: Meh, the two tutorials you have up here is something I've seen in many places. You need more tutorials that no one's seen. Something that is almost exclusive to your own site.
About: You need more about yourself. You have a whole rattling off of liking things, but you can have them in more paragraph form.
As for the site info, there isn't much there, but you know, site info isn't as exciting. Wait, but why is it there in the first place? Isn't it supposed to be in your domain section?
Domain: Move your site info here and on this page rather than having your visitors click to it. They will thank you for it.
Coding
Your site doesn't validate. Darn.
-
<link>tags need a closing slash. Same thing with<img>,<br />and<hr />tags.-Tables are for tabular data, not for layouts, and not for link lists either. You can use
<div>s, floats, and margins to get the same effect.-Use this tutorial to create your link lists and navigation as well.
-
<center>tags are deprecated in XHTML. Here's how you can center text using CSS..center {text-align:center;}Then you could use
<p>around the text you want centered.-Get rid of the
<style>tags that are in your footer div.-In XHTML, everything must be lowercase. Everything.
-Javascript is cool and all, but very useless to those not browsing with it enabled. With that being said, the best alternative is a PHP rotation, and you can see how to do it here.
All in all...
This site is only a week old, so I didn't take off much points for certain things. This is a good start though. Your layout is a bit dark, but strangely, it all works. Just work on your bio further, and since there's more to come, focus on originality. Don't fall into the trap that so many do by just throwing in a bunch of unoriginal tutorials and the like. Great job and good luck!
