Hello, I'm Trish and I'll be reviewing you. :D

    First Impression/Layout
Woo~ pretty! I love the cartoons and the background. The sidebars look a bit crowded and your blogging/content area is also kind of small. Making the content area a little wider will draw visitors' attention more. Other than that, the colors blend well together, so good job!
    4.5/5

    The About Section
So you play piano and you love art? Awesome. I can barely play the piano >.> . Pretty standard otherwise. I love Japan, also!
    5/5

    The Artwork Section
Beautiful stuff! I'm probably right when I assume the images are copyrighted...
    4.5/5

    The Visitor Section
Smilies - Cute! I love the penguins, they're adorable. I don't even like penguins, but yours are too cute.
Icons - Again, copyrighted images. They're very nice, but it's illegal to use them unless you have specific permission from the photographer. I suggest using royalty-free stock photos if you don't want to get in trouble for the copyrighted ones, but still want professional photos to use.
    Everything else is pretty good!
    4/5

    The Site Section
Pretty standard. Interesting name, though [the site]; now I know a new word! :D
    5/5

    Conclusion
I love your site; it's adorable. The only suggestions I have are to increase the width of your content area and possibly get rid of the copyrighted images. Whatever floats your boat, though. For someone whose first language isn't English, your grammar isn't that bad. Just a few mistakes here and there, but I've heard people whose first language IS English have much worse grammar than you. So good job!
    Site rating: 4.5/5

NOTE: To see my rating criteria, go here.

    LAYOUT - 1 star

Wow, it's so pretty! It has so many functions, yet manages not to be gawdy. I love that it's so functional. (And I want to steal whatever you used to get your twitter updates there!) You're an excellent designer.

    CONTENT - 0

The few blogs you have are really boring. They don't provide any information about you. They aren't entertaining. They don't give me any interesting or useful information. I feel like reading them was a waste of my time (although not much, because there wasn't much to read in the first place).

I learned the most about you, actually, in the little blurb on the main page. Things like "My favorite color is red" were only interesting in kindergarten (and really, what doesn't entrance a five-year-old?). You say you're an ordinary girl, but there has to be SOMETHING interesting about you. Or at least tell me why you're so ordinary. Also, I get that you're Asian. You don't need to tell me five times on the same page.

Also, I hate emoticons. If I can't tell how you're feeling by your entry, you've already got problems. I don't need the little face to tell me.

    EXCERPTS - zilch

Wow, there wasn't even anything worth quoting.

    UNIQUENESS - half a point

Your website is incredibly functional! It does so many things (except make me want to read the text).

    BONUS - half a point

As I mentioned before, your layout is extraordinary. If your writing was half as inspired as the design, I'd be tempted to come back.

    GRAND TOTAL - 2 stars

You're an amazing site designer! It would definitely catch anyone's attention. Sadly, it's the content that hooks readers and keeps them coming back, and your site simply doesn't do that. Put up some interesting text, and I'd definitely come back.

Hey! I'm Aashni, and I'll be reviewing your site today!

Layout: Wow! I love how pretty and simple your layout is! You have a great navigation system, with pretty easy links to follow around, and you can search your blog posts as well - added plus!

Blog: You have some great content for your blogs! I like the way they are set up, and the things you post about are obviously important to you! However, why don't you get some interaction from your readers as well? Try and ask questions for the readers to reply to, like (the latest blog you have now is about your mom inviting you for dinner), you could ask "Do you often go out for meals with your parents", or "what type of family get-togethers do you have"? This becomes more fun for the readers as well!
One thing about your blogs are that they are pretty short! Maybe try to lengthen them a bit more with more content...

About: Your About page is extremley intersting, and well layed out! I would suggest adding in a few more spaces, or some images to make it more lively!

Artwork: Wow! you have great skills! Your art work (and the way they are set) is amazing! Keep up the great work!

Visitor: This is well organized, however it seems a little empty (spacing wise..) Also, I don't advise having the coming soon links on display, a lot of poeple find it annoying!

Site: This all seems to aligned to the left! Try to center it, as it makes it more interesting, and covers the empty space on the right..For your hosting links, see if there is a referral system, where if someone clicks on that link, it goes towards credit for you - that way you get paid/credits for showing off your host!

Links: Same as the site page - try to align it to the center, instead of the way you have it now... It will make it look a lot nicer, and fill up some of the empty spaces!

    Hope this helps!
    You have a great site!!!

I keep coming back to your site and thinking about all the things I would change in its layout. I don't think my obsession is going to go away until I write a review!

I really like the format of your layout. Love the header, love the navigation, love the sidebar, love the background. The FOOTER I think could be changed so that it's got the same lines at the bottom as at the top (brown orange blue pink), and then some space before the bottom of the page. Just to round off the layout, instead of having it disappear randomly into the bottom of the body.

Having said that, although I love the set up of the layout, there are a lot of picky little things that I really want to bring up.

That little about you section in the sidebar is really hard to read. The text is justified, and there's a LOT of space between each word, something the browser does in order to have things justified on both sides of the paragraph. This makes reading a pain. I read it in pauses, like "call... her... val...." This isn't a problem alone to me, just google the cons of justified text or something similar and you'll find tons of articles. left aligned would be much nicer on the eyes.

Journal of an amazing (crossed out) girl There's being modest and there's plain old putting yourself down. I'd get rid of the crossed out amazing and just put "normal" or "regular" or something so that you're not being so harsh on yourself. I think it's kind of a turn off :P (and don't go read my about page or else I'll be proved a hypocrite!)

The font size would be so much nicer and more readable if it was BIGGER. I don't know what's up with this fad of having small squinty font sizes, but it does NOT flatter webdesign, let me tell you.

padding could be added to. I still find the text is quite close to the left and right edges of the white background they're in.

Sidebar links The links with the dotted underline in the sidebar get a SECOND underline on hover, which I thought was sort of weird. Why not just make the dotted underline change colour or something?

Form styling Was painfully default looking, odd against all the customizations of the page.

Comment background colours Didn't seem to fit in with the other colours of the layout. Something softer might look nice. The greys seem harsh.

Also, in regards to font size - Your smilies are so small I can't even tell what expression they're making! ... I am obviously going blind in my old age.

    ------------------------------
    -----------------------------

Your links page was very very small - a whole big page devoted to six links? Why not split it into sections?

    "Websites belonging to my friends"
    ---, ---, --, ---

    "Social networks I belong to"
    ---, ---, ---, ---

    "Websites I find useful"
    ---, ---, ---, ----

"Buttons you can use to link me"
    ---, ---, ---, ---

    ------------------------------
    -----------------------------

Judging from your about page, I'm going to guess that English isn't your first language, so I won't nit pick there (which is good, because my own English sucks so much that I always feel like a hypocrite when I bring it up in others!)

I liked the idea behind your atwork section.... A quick explanation at the top about your interest in art and what mediums you use might be good.

    ------------------------------
    -----------------------------

And there you have it! My review :-) Hopefully some of it was useful for you!

Hey, I’ll review your site because you don’t have much to go on from one persons opinions, it’s better to gather a bunch of ideas from people, and they go from there to improve your site if it needs improving.

Ok, well, first the site has a popup that says: error, dangerous Trojan… well that’s not good. My mcafee says there is a low but still dangerous Trojan on your site. Detection name: JS/Obfuscated (Trojan), N4yPTIc8/ low/ ie. And your window shut down on me. So I guess I have to refresh, block my mcafee for a while, and quickly get the heck of your site before some real Trojan gets in xD. Your site might not have any dangerous programs or anything, but the amount of content you have can get mixed up and cause broswers to react, in this case, my IE7 protection told me your sites not where I wanna be all the time. You should check out any hosts or any services you use that provide codes for like images, or scripts, counters, calendars, javascripts from strange yet trusted sites normally have trackers embedded in their scripts that aren’t recognized by many people who use them, heck, I can’t sometimes tell if this I want to use something neat but I have to use THEIR javascript or code on my site. Sorry. That’s very dangerous. Alright, that’s a bad start. But the review must go on!

HOME: this page is very lovely, the colors are cute but man do I hate pink. The font is nice and kind of small to see. I think we all have that small font problem; I still get people hating my site over small font and too much going on. Their little brains are too weak to handle the capacity of a grand site like mine, and yours, yours is really creative, the top is cute like I said before, the quick updates…uhh I thought quick meant QUICK... like numbers # or bullets - . Alright the top tab has an IF favicon and heart, that’s a little overdoing it doing you agree? If not that’s fine too. The cloud like formation on the top separating the navigation and the site itself is very clever, it’s hard to find a decent site but I think I’ve found one! So why would you name your awesome cute happy site INFELICITOUS? That’s the complete opposite of what I see and what I know about infelicitous. Anyway, moving on. The site titles your deal, I don’t like to talk about site titles or URLS UNLESS they just make me puke or angry. I also don’t mess with your codes unless your site has messiness that points to your coding abilities. All I care about is how your site is presented and what it has that makes it stand out and for me to come back and bring others. The hover links are cute, really nice, the tags, oh god, very tiny, if you don’t want people to see stuff, hide it, don’t leave it there to make your site look extra crowded. If you want people to see the TAGS, make it larger pretty please. Your smileys are so freaking small!!! Are you a tiny pixel fan =D? As I scroll down, I see very interesting and delightful material which means you really update this site, keep it nice and friendly even if it is your little story. By the way, Putri is sooo cute!! I see a little, yet huge mistake: on your top, the subheading says: JUST A LITTLE STORY OF MY LIVE… it should be life -__- not the best place to make a grammar mistake my friend. Anyways, I feel ya on the insomnia deal, me too… alright so I like the first page, impressive I think. The regular paragraph font could be enhanced some and the color could also try change from boring old gray to aqua, skyblue, teal, or seagreen, or the green you have on your background, that color is lovely, why don’t you turn that into your text color too?!

ABOUT: this page is very basic. I was expecting to find some information regarding the site itself, but I see tons and tons and tons on the owner. It’s very nice to talk about yourself on your site, but its uhh… A LOT! It’s really overwhelming! No joke, take it down a notch. You’ve got tons on you but not on the site we’re on. Add some info on the site, and some about your, don’t give away everything just like that, make your viewer guessing for some stuff man xD! I see you added stuff about your friends and computer, you’re on every popular community site, that’s INSANE, how do you manage all this, it’s incredibly time consuming? I see you email is an image, its blurry and messy. If you don’t want search engines or bots to list or spam you, then don’t post your email anywhere, but don’t do this ridiculous act of turning it into an atrocious image. Not trying to be mean or anything, I just find it common for owners to hide their emails than post them as images. I think it says mradio7 or rrradio71 or nraclio71 or rrraclio. Here’s a semi-good idea: make a new email or use one that you don’t mind sharing with everyone, even spam and bots. More errors, I see about a dozen grammar and punctuation spills, as for

    spelling:
Favourites (favorites), similiar (Similar), Moccachino (Mochachino), Colours (Colors), principe(Principle) , alot (a lot), descibing (describing),

    grammar “lines”:

. He never mad at me or doing something cruel. (He is never mad at me nor does he try anything cruel.)

Design, photography, drawings, painting, music, or dancing, anything , (I take interest in Designing, photography, drawing, painting, playing music, dancing, and anything…)

Things that I usually do during my free time is.... (Things that I usually do during my free time ARE…)

I love both traditional or modern dance (I love both traditional AND modern dance.)

We usually doing something together when we watching movies, playing games or going out for shopping or dining (We usually DO everything together; when watching movies, playing games, shopping, or dining.)

My parent have broken (My parents have (broken) separated.)

Depending on what treatment that I received (that I will receive)

I have a very tanned skin (My skin is very tan)

Well I hope that helps, when you have a lot to say, make sure you say it right or else you’re going to leave viewers confused and if the words don’t add up to make any realistic logic; viewers will be completely lost. It’s better to say something meaningful than just blah blah blah on.

ARTWORK: good organization, fast loading time, great use of light box and image cutting. What kind of artwork is this section before the PHOTOS? You didn’t label it, it just says ARTWORK and images pop from there, and when I scroll I see photos, I re-scroll up and nothing, that photos word makes me wonder what the above images should be? Whatever, maybe it is a deliberate act towards emptiness. I like the spacing between your images, enough said.

VISITOR: so I like the list of items you offer, the arrows and new ones and I like how you tell us that some things and pages aren’t ready so they are coming soon. I’m not sure if UP means these pages is UP and open or just that new stuff is on it. Sometimes you see a list of all these graphics and resources, when you click on it, the page is broken or it says under construction, I like how you did it right there and saved me the clicking. Yes I’m lazy! Wow, super cute smileys, no complains there. Good vide icons, a neat collection of icons. Not many brushes or actions, but I bet you’re working on that. Very cluttered yet surprisingly, amazing wallpaper! After I download the wallpaper, I don’t see any of your site credits and it looks more like a divider layout image than something that’s wallpaper-like. So that’s a good collection of site stuff, in a few years, there will probably be more there than right now so that’s it.

DOMAIN: nice interesting info regarding the site. It’s not filled up as the profile page was, but it gets the gist of the info so I’d say that’s appropriate amount. Its amazing people don’t know what infelicitous would mean but it’s a good idea to explain it!

LINKS: now for links, I’m not sure what type of links these are, are they your friends, best friend, Affiliates or link exchanges with the site? Again the contact form doesn’t tell me what I’m WANTING to be. It’s confusing, and there aren’t any set of rules listed either to tell me if this is for exchanges or affils or friends. Don’t be so general, build some walls and create some rules, do you let just any site exchange with you? Or are you getting hopes up by having this general feeling of any site can exchange with you, but you have the limits and rules in your head. So you give false hope. That’s not a good idea. People might begin to complain or spread negative experiences about you. Careful who you cross paths with online, you never know if they’re will turn out to be your new best friend or your worst enemy.

    NAVIGATION:
Top: like I’ve said before, I like the top menu, the colors and font and design, basic main links really clear up confusion.

Middle: your information is confusing, you say a little about yourself and start rambling on with key words or something. Do you like these things or hate them? What do they mean to you? Some are italics, bold, linked and uhh…*LOST* …just what are you trying to say?! Next the search bar, it’s not the best place, it would look better if it was at the top on the end side menu, it almost looks hidden. Next, the same menu repeats, I don’t know why sites do that; repeat the same links over its kind of over kill. Incase this link doesn’t work, this might thing doesn’t make a good excuse. It’s just crowding up your site. I’m not sure what recent tracks are, music you listen to or have on the site? they’re all by Jason Mraz which I’ve never heard of xD so whatever. Plurk? What is that? Don’t want anything to do with that. It would look better if the calendar was right under the Plurk, and then all your links. It looks uneven right now. Gah, it’s kind of messy you know. Try looking at it one by one and then all together, it gets uneven.

End: recent posts alright, that’s fine. You could add those little arrow bullets to show those are all separate links rather than me assuming that. Uhh recent comments is going a bit too too far with the whole site. xD I’ve never seen a site where every recent post is posted up. It’s a little insane. So far the only tags are Cute. The categories and archives should be on this menu bar than the other. And sisters could be under your profile or something. Both the menus are back and forth and it’s roomy but crowded. Reviews can easily fit under Site info and look nice. And Site info should probably be in the middle at the very bottom. I’m just going to stop here because it’s really crazy.

Bottom: I like how simple the bottom is but it looks cut off from the bottom. If you add the same cloud pattern on the bottom, it might look better. For now the text and links are very appropriate!

If I didn’t know any better, I’d say you’re crazy about the writing part of the site but not so much for the site itself. It’s messy, unorganized, the navigations are both out of place in so many sections. You like to type but you don’t think or something when you’re doing it because it’s mostly crazy talk with bad spelling, I mean grammar mistakes are most of the time ok, but spelling, you can’t make excuses on that. I mean your site is named by this crazy word that many people have never seen or will ever use. You use big words like that and don’t know how to use them. I see this site as more of a portfolio than anything else. If this site is just for your eyes, you shouldn’t have it up in the first place.

I hope to see some new improvements and neatness in the future, if not that ok. I’m attracted to sites like mine, the ones that have layouts and designs. Lol. It was fun reviewing your site, thanks for reading! =D

Hi! My name is Jen and I will be reviewing your site also.

    Layout
I love your layout. It's not to complicated and it simple enough to look good. The color scheme are pretty good also. They are soft and the go very good together.

    Navigation
I don't think you should have 2 navigation menus. Like on your site there is on top and one near your blog. I think 1 should be enough. It probably might throw people off.

Another thing is that there are way to many things on the right side of your website. In my opinion you should only have at least 5-6 things on the sides of the site. More than that makes the website look cluttered and bunched up.

    Content
Artwork: I think your artwork is quite terrific. You are very talented and you should continue to do what you are doing.

Goodies: Those are pretty good to but it would much better if you could add a little more so it would have much more of a vareity.

About: It is okay to have a litte bit of information about you on your site but not too much. I think there is a little bit too much info.

Overall you get 4 stars because I think your site is one of those websites you could like with only one look. I will be defintely visit it more often.

Hi, I'm Jenny and I'm going to be reviewing you in Internet Explorer 7.

    First impressions:
This is what I see when I first come to your site.

Layout's too big for my screen resolution but is nice. When I got to your site, it said that your site is not available right then but I still saw the site...

    The name of your site:
I will see if I like your name.

    Very cute name, simple too.

    Your layout:
I will talk about your layout and tell you anything I like or don't like; I will also validate your HTML and CSS.

The layout is cute but is very big for my screen reslution. I'm guessing that you made it for the 1024 by 728 resolution? Anyways, it's pretty good. Colors are nice as well.
I don't think you validated your site cause I don't see any button so I'm going to see if there are any errors. WOW o_0 196 errors and 11 warnings!! :( That's not good at all...:P but I'm sure you can fix them. There are also 10 errors in your CSS.

    Blogs:
I will see how much you blog, how often, what you blog about, grammar and spelling and how short or long your blogs are.

THe blgs you write are short but they're okay. You should put it in detail though because people want to know more and why. Your grammar and spelling is exellent so that'll need no help. Another thing is that you blog pretty often so people will most likely come back to your site often and you'll gain more hits. :) What you blog about is cute, you talk about the world, what you are doing, posting your content up so people will be able to see, and all that stuff.

I hope you like my review! :) You need a little bit more work so I'm giving you 3 and a half stars!
