    First Impression
    I see a scroll bar in your blog, not good. Your layout gives me a good feeling, I like the color scheme.

    Layout
    You have a pretty good layout, like I said before; I like the color scheme. The header image is pretty good I like the shadow around it. Your navigation is image maps, when I hover on them it doesn't give me any effect. If you want rounded navigation check out this http://www.tutorialdash.com/tutorial/css/navigation/view/Tabbed-Navigation-Using-CSS_81031tutorial on having rounded navigation with css and images. Your blog and sidebar is messy. The fact that I there is a scroll bar is annoying, it's probably because you're using cutenews in which you've removed credit, you may suffer from copyright issues. Your side is so tiny, add more width, remove your shoutbox it's not important and annoying, Your footer is nice but filled with a lot of stuff!

    invalid HTML 4.01 transitional it has 11 errors and 5 warnings, you don't have a stylesheet!

    Your link don't have to be centered, it's looks messy.

    Backgrounds
    I'm pretty sure they're not made by you they also don't look nice, remove them.

    Banners, blends, dividers, and other stuff you have aren't important, remove them, except for the wallpapers

    Overall
    Your designing skills are good, but organize your site, fix your coding, and add a little more stuff and remove the unnecessary ones.

    Hi, Sophia, thanks for taking the time to review my site, as well as your numerous suggestions. To clear a few things up, I don't use Cutenews (in fact, I use a script called N-13 News). Also, when you viewed the coding of my site, I believe that you viewed the coding of the co.nr page, which contains a frame to my actual site's location (hiddenstar.freehostia.com). Co.nr cloaks my actual URL; and my actual URL has 0 errors in HTML coding.

    Once again, thanks for reviewing my site; I will follow your suggestions.

    The site has a very sleek design which allows the viewers to relax their eyes and read each content. The navigation controls are user-friendly. The color combination is great and gives a cool feeling.

    Overall impact gives the first impression to the visitors that it is a corporate site. If you wish to stress out that this site is a graphic-resource, you must add more of a creative touch on it. Add something that moves, that is unique, that would give the first impression to the viewers that they could download something artistic from it.

    The site is not bad, but I'm sure it has a lot of potential to improve. Good luck!

    Layout:
    I absolutely love this layout. All the colors are easy on the eyes, and they are simple, but not too simple. I love the tiny drop shadow on the banner/content/sidebar. Most people wouldn't notice, but it adds depth to the layout. Though I don't like the color of the text when I hover. Maybe you could make it the same color as the background of your top navigation? You have a lot of stuff packed into your footer. Maybe you could have the layout credits in the footer, and then more credits on a seperate credit page so that there isn't so much information in the footer. Also, I noticed as I was looking through the pages, it takes a pretty long time for each page to load. I'm not quite sure why, though.

    About Us:
    Your about us page is interesting! I like how you have a little "behind the scenes" stuff that shows more info on the two owners. :) I feel the goals section is a bit weird... You say you have many goals, why not list them? It's great to have a list of goals to achieve. :D And it's also interesting for the reader to read. Also, I feel you've reached the goal on having your layouts look nice, they really do!

    Graphics:
    I'll give a little review on each of your graphics pages. :)

    Avatars
    Almost all of these look the same, and they're a bit boring. Provide variety for the visitors! Maybe you can read some icon tutorials, that show you lots of different ways to make these. Fuzzable has some great ones.

    Backgrounds
    As I said in the avatar section, these all look almost the same. They're all corner backgrounds. I know these are very classy, and they look nice, but maybe you could add some full page backgrounds.

    Banners
    My, my. I really like these banners. Did you take these pictures? If you did, you have great talent. (It's perfectly fine if you borrowed these from another site, as long as you give credit. :) ) But I feel an overuse of brushes here. Maybe you can tone down the brushes, and add some textures to the banners instead.

    Blends
    Another overuse of brushes. On a lot of these, they're so covered with brushes I can barely see the actual image. If you take off so many of the brushes, and add some image effects instead, they will look so more professional and cleaner.

    Blogs
    I'm glad you didn't use so many brushes on these. But, I think the text section is too long, and on some I feel you put the text part in the wrong place on the image. But they look cleaner. :)

    Dividers
    I like these dividers! On so many sites, the credit is so huge that I can't picture anyone using them, but on these it seems the right size, and you can still see it. Please make more designs, I like these. :)

    Enter Signs & Hiatus Signs
    Yay! You used A LOT less brushes on the welcome signs. :D I'm very proud of you. These look clean, and nice. I can picture lots of people using them. For the hiatus signs, there are more brushes, but they're placed correctly so they don't cover the whole image.

    Wallpapers
    These walpapers are very dull. They have NO brushes on them and no design. You can balance the brushes so there are some, but not too many. Great job on the screen resolutions though. I'm happy you provide so many.

    Website Banners
    I think your website banners are too small. You need to make them bigger, otherwise they won't fit in the layout that the visitor is using. Otherwise, they look like everything else you have.

    (I'll skip welcome signs)

    Broswer Icons
    These are very unique! I haven't seen these around many sites. :)

    Color Palettes
    Hmm. These all seem to be pastel colors, and you don't give the color code for each color.

    Stock Photos
    Ooh! Yay! My favorite part! I love photography, and you have a lot of it! Great job on these. I like the whole category thing, it helps when the visitor is looking for something specific.

    Textures
    I like your textures. :) They're very pretty, and they are colorful! Please make more of these! :D

    Layouts:

    Mypsace Layouts
    These are really great for myspace layouts! I especially like the last one. :) I really like these more than I thought I would.

    Neopets Userlookups
    Aww, cute. I like these too. But the last one, I don't like the texture on it because it really shows on her face and it looks kinda weird. :P

    Website Layouts
    Ahh, my favorite part. I like all of them except for the second one, not because it's Twilight, but because of the colors. It looks a bit plain and the navigation for it looks a bit out of place.

    Tutorials:
    Your tutorials are really nice. :) I like how they have a lot of screenshots so it's easier for the reader to understand. And the whole voting thing is nice too! Very organized and put together.

    Overall:
    Your site is very clean and organized, although you seem to use a lot of brushes, and they cover up your images. Everything you make seems to look almost the same. Try going out of the box and doing something different every once in a while. :) So, I'll give you four stars. Good luck with your site, and I hope you don't take anything to harsh, but that you take it into consideration.
