Word 'Smart Quotes' Problem Fixed

As many of you may have noticed, we were having problems whereby a review formatted in Word was causing weird random characters to appear in published reviews.

Despite trying many different conversion methods to swap curly quotes/etc to their straight equivalents, the problem persisted. However, thanks to Jenny, and Google (of course) the problem has been pinpointed and most importantly: fixed!

Totally unrelated, there's a new option in your settings to turn on review excepts. This will turn full size reviews into 400-450 word excerpts with a click through link to read the full version. This option is OFF by default.

That look perdy, the excerpts. It freaks me out at first, though, because I forget and then it just looks like no one is writing lengthy reviews. I don't know if I will use it or not. :(

Not related (*I* don't have Word formatting :D), but I wanted to say hurray for adding a link to tt's code converter beside the review form textarea thing, and other ass-kissing.
