Beautiful websites. Readability is key. Originality is nice. Well organized and interesting content is also very important.

Dislikes:

Ugly graphics, incorrect tutorials and tutorials on how to do extremely simple things that don't really require a tutorial at all (the worst is when someone writes a simple tutorial AND it's incorrect...) frames, layouts that use tables. Badly organized content. Pointless pages. Justified text.
